How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a copyright takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), please email our designated copyright agent with the following information:
- Your Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
- Location of the Infringing Material: Provide the specific URL(s) on voicesofthestreets.com where the allegedly infringing content appears. Be as specific as possible.

- Digital Signature: Include your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- • Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours
- • Investigate the claim to verify its validity
- • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if it appears valid
- • Notify the user (if applicable) about the removal
- • Provide documentation of actions taken in response to your notice
Counter-Notice Procedure
If content has been removed based on a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- • Your contact information and the location of the removed content
- • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error
- • Your consent to jurisdiction of federal court
- • Your physical or electronic signature
